Under the guidance of the Senior Data Management Healthcare Analyst, the Data Support Specialist will assist with healthcare data preparation and analysis to drive strategic planning efforts. Work will include, but will not be limited to, cleaning and processing data, building reports and analyzing them, and creating automation to ease data processing. This is a part-time, temporary position that will provide the candidate with training and experience with working with mapping and spatial analysis, as well as exposure to data within the healthcare sector.
The Biostatistician serves as a resource for population health analysis for the Community Care Collaborative. Under general direction, the Biostatistician is responsible for organizing, analyzing and reporting on data from large clinical, financial and enrollment data sets. The Biostatistician will also assist in the design and development of predictive models, population health dashboards and other systems that support the development of a clinically integrated network of physicians, safety net providers, and hospitals working together to develop an integrated delivery system of care that is patient centered and data driven.
The Business Analyst II is responsible and accountable for all business aspects (i.e. technical, operational, economical) of the requirements and analysis phase of a project or request. This role will work to evaluate customer requests and align requests with customers’ strategic goals and objectives. The Business Analyst II will also analyze business systems and/or business processes to identify user needs and create business cases, requirements documents, defined measures of success and other project documentation. The Business Analyst II will also perform other duties as assigned.
This position is responsible for managing the activities of the Health Services department. Key responsibilities include managing quality improvement, utilization management, behavioral health management, pharmacy and the Whole Person Health Support program (case management and disease management programs). This position works with a wide range of internal and external people including providers and internal staff.

We are currently seeking a dynamic Behavioral Health Case Manager to join our team. The Behavioral Health Case Manager is a licensed, clinical professional who provides intake and assessment of callers seeking mental health services. Ability to engage positively with callers and offer strategic interventions as well as identify appropriate resources is a key skill in this position. Under the general direction of the Health Services Manager OP, this nurse case manager identifies, screens, tracks, monitors, and coordinates the care of members with behavioral health needs as well as multiple co-morbidities needs. The position has frequent or daily needs access to confidential information and protected health information. Other duties as assigned.
Under general supervision, this position performs complex administrative support under the direction of the President & Chief Executive Officer. Assists as the Project Manager for new and ongoing Sendero projects.
The Operations Manager will oversee one or more of the CCC’s service areas that support the CCC’s vision of creating a national model for healthcare delivery for identified vulnerable populations in Travis County. Responsibilities for this position include daily operations oversight, operational planning, and serving as the working owner/subject matter expert associated with assigned service lines. Service lines and programs may include primary care, specialty care, urgent care, behavioral health, telemedicine, or others and may include oversight of relevant projects within the CCC’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) program. Working collaboratively with the CCC’s Project Management Office, the Operations Manager will oversee relevant service line projects throughout the project management process and will remain the responsible leader for ongoing operations upon project completion. Responsibilities include gathering and interpreting data, developing and maintaining project schedules, maintaining and properly controlling scope, monitoring budgets, mitigating risks, fostering sustainable relationships with community partners, and serving as a strategic thinking partner within the project team. This position will report to a CCC operations leader and will work closely with operations, claims payment, medical management, contracting, legal and analytics departments as well as CCC clinical and operations leadership.
