Overview

Central Health is seeking a motivated and collaborative Internal Communications Intern to help amplify our mission and foster connection across our organization. This role offers a hands-on opportunity to develop compelling content, support strategic communications planning, and assist in coordinating internal engagement events convene and support our Internal Communications Employee Committee, and support Brand Ambassadors who champion Central Health’s story.

 

**Part-time Internship**

Responsibilities

  • Create, write, and edit compelling content for newsletters, the intranet, and internal announcements tailored to diverse employee audiences.
  • Help maintain internal communication tools, such as the intranet and email newsletters.
  • Monitor usage and engagement across internal communication channels; compile basic metrics to assess content performance and inform improvements.
  • Help organize and facilitate meetings of the Internal Communications Employee Committee;
  • Assist in planning and executing internal engagement events and activities.

Qualifications

Minimum Education 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)

Preferred Education/Experience

  • Currently enrolled in college working towards a degree in communications, marketing, public affairs, or similar degree.
  • Internships and/or work in a communications related field.
