Overview

As a key member of the Clinical Services team and a steward of a collaborative and supportive culture, the Provider and Care Team Integration Coordinator, in partnership with key stakeholders, will be responsible for facilitating, developing, executing, and optimizing the Clinical Services Department's recruitment, onboarding and offboarding continuum to include administering strategic engagement, wellness, and retention measures.

 

This role is considered Hybrid = Individuals in this position may work both at an approved off-site location and onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on business needs. To be considered for this position, you must reside in the greater Austin/Travis County area.

 

Responsibilities

Essential Functions:

  • Develops, actively maintains, and executes recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process supporting care team wellness, engagement and retention.
  • Collaborates with Clinical Services leadership to determine initial recruitment and onboarding experiences needed for each position.
  • Creates job descriptions, partnering with HR and Total Rewards for posting and grading positions, and closing the loop with hiring managers.
  • Facilitates regular communication between stakeholders of cross-functional teams including Recruitment, Legal, Credentialing, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and EPIC related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding new and existing care team members.
  • Performs all administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and wellness, including but not limited to, scheduling recruitment and onboarding activities and creating and maintaining an activity tracking system.
  • Serves as a resource to all new associates and their leaders for questions and supplies resources to facilitate successful onboarding experiences.
  • Develops, implements, and maintains onboarding resources for hiring managers including checklists, training, toolkits, and best practice guides.
  • Regularly assesses and recommends program changes and enhancements to drive better retention and engagement of new hires.
  • Connects with new associates to evaluate onboarding experience and recommend ways to enhance the new hire onboarding programs and experience, including structured stay interviews, validated surveys, tracking/trending data and other methods.
  • Develops and tracks achievements of recruitment and onboarding program success metrics, using validated tools and evidence-based guidelines when available.

  • Demonstrated ability to foster and maintain mutually respectful relationships with internal and external customers and display a level of sophistication and maturity that allows for easy interaction.
  • Ability to work independently, effectively manage projects, and meet deadlines while carrying a heavy workload in fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize given business objective and goals, while demonstrating flexibility to change direction as needed.
  • Demonstrate excellent organizational, communication, and presentation skills (verbal and written), and strong attention to detail and ability to use sound judgment and effective problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HRIS, UKG, and iCIMS.
  • Ensure and uphold compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as all applicable rules and regulations within healthcare and human resources fields.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.

 

 

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

 

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)

 

Work Experience:

Required:

2 years of progressive administrative management, HR, clinical operations, and/or healthcare experience with a Bachelor's Degree.

 

6 years of of progressive administrative management, HR, clinical operations, and/or healthcare experience in lieu of a Bachelor's Degree.

 

Preferred:

An emphasis on process improvement, employee recruitment and onboarding, engagement and/or wellness strategies.
