The Wellbeing & Healthy Outcomes Manager will lead the development and implementation of holistic team member wellness initiatives, while also serving as a key resource for educating team members on our
comprehensive benefit offerings. This role prioritizes a comprehensive approach to employee well-being, encompassing wellness initiatives for all, including provider wellness, strategic planning, and meticulous execution of engagement.
Beyond traditional wellness programs, the Wellbeing & Healthy Outcomes Manager will actively educate employees on their benefit options, ensuring they understand and maximize their available resources. They will also champion a culture of health and wellbeing by encouraging healthy lifestyle choices through various educational and engagement activities. Collaborating with all departments, including the people team, Committees, and Executive Leadership, this role will integrate wellness and benefits education into enterprise-wide strategies, aligning with broader organizational goals.
The Wellbeing & Healthy Outcomes Manager will stay updated on health and benefits trends, continuously evaluate program effectiveness, and foster effective communication to encourage and enhance team member participation and engagement in both wellness and benefits programs.
Essential Functions
Design and implement holistic wellness programs with measurable goals, focusing on physical, mental, and financial wellbeing.
Proactively educate employees on benefit offerings by delivering engaging presentations, developing comprehensive educational materials, and providing personalized support.
Coordinate wellness events and activities, such as health fairs, fitness challenges, and educational workshops, to enhance employee engagement.
Lead the Wellbeing Council, facilitating regular meetings, developing and implementing action plans, driving member engagement, managing communication, providing support, monitoring progress, aligning activities with organizational strategy, and oversee member recruitment.
Collaborates with internal teams to foster a culture of wellness and drive initiatives forward.
Manage Wellness Vendor relationships, ensuring effective partnerships and service delivery.
Provide key stakeholders with performance dashboards and data that communicate the value and outcomes of wellness initiatives, including their impact on employee health and benefit utilization.
Administers the wellness rewards programs in collaboration with the People Team.
Develop communication and marketing strategies to promote employee wellness and health services initiatives, including creating compelling content such as newsletters, emails, presentations, and executive remarks.
Continuously monitor health and wellness trends internally/externally and assess employee feedback to improve program effectiveness, driving healthier outcomes.
Partner with the People Team benefits team to understand the health and wellness offerings included in employeroffered benefit plans and effectively educate employees on these benefits.
Developing, tracking, and achieving program success metrics, utilizing validated tools and evidence-based guidelines.
Maintain ongoing communication and relationships with new and existing associates to assess satisfaction and wellness, implementing process improvements as appropriate.
Perform any other duties as needed to drive the vision, fulfill the mission, and abide by the values of the organization.
MINIMUM EDUCATION: Health Science, Public Health, HR or a related field (higher degree accepted)
PREFERRED EDUCATION: Health Science, Public Health, HR or a related field
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Three (3) of experience in employee wellness program development, implementation, and management.
