Overview

Position Summary
As a key member of the Clinical Services team and a steward of a collaborative and supportive culture, the Provider  and Care Team Liaison, in partnership with key stakeholders, will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing the Clinical Services Department's recruitment, onboarding and offboarding process to include administering strategic engagement, wellness, and retention measures.

 

This position is considered Hybrid, which means that individuals in this position may work both at an approved Offsite location and Onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on Business Needs.

 

This position is considered hybrid. You must live in the greater Austin area to be considered for this role.

 

Salary Range: 89-96k depending on years of experience.

Responsibilities

JOB FUNCTIONS
Essential Functions
Develops, actively maintains, and executes recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding process supporting care  team wellness, engagement and retention
Collaborates with Clinical Services leadership to determine initial recruitment and onboarding experiences needed  for each position
Assists with development of job descriptions, partnering with HR and Total Rewards for posting and grading  positions, and closing the loop with hiring managers
Facilitates regular communication between stakeholders of cross-functional teams including Recruitment, Legal,  Credentialing, Operations, Revenue Cycle, and EPIC related to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding new and  existing care team members
Performs any administrative tasks related to recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and wellness, including but not limited to, scheduling recruitment and onboarding activities and creating and maintaining an activity tracking system Serves as a resource to all new associates and their leaders for questions and supplies resources to facilitate  successful onboarding experiences
Develops, implements, and maintains onboarding resources for hiring managers including checklists, training and  best practice guides
Regularly assesses and recommends program changes and enhancements to drive better retention and 
engagement of new hires
Connects with new associates to evaluate recruiting, onboarding, and wellness experience and recommend ways to  enhance the interviw process, new hire onboarding programs and experience, including structured stay interviews,  validated surveys, tracking/trending data and other methods
Actively participates in the development, tracking, and achievement of the recruitement, onboarding, and wellness  program success metrics, using validated tools and evidence-based guidelines when available.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted): Business, Marketing, Human Resource, or Related Field required
PREFERRED EDUCATION: A master’s degree in business, marketing, human resources, or related field.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
• Five (5) years of progressive HR or clinical operations experience with an emphasis on process improvement, employee onboarding, engagement and/or wellness strategies.

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE:
Human Resources or wellness-related certification.
