Overview

The People and Reward Specialist is instrumental in supporting all facets of Total Rewards, with a primary emphasis on enhancing our Employee Well-being and Reward & Recognition programs. This role is essential to ensuring program implementation and maintaining operational excellence by optimizing well-being and recognition processes and systems. The ideal candidate possesses a passion for all aspects of Total Rewards and a strong understanding of how to foster employee engagement and motivation. They are committed to team collaboration and efficiency, contributing significantly to the organization's overall operational excellence.

 

**Hybrid = Individuals in this position may work both at an approved off-site location and onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions
Provide Tier 0-1 general support for well-being and recognition programs.
Maintain organized program materials and processes on the shared drive.
Support day-to-day program operations, including task facilitation and tracking program metrics.
Generate and maintain regular reports on program metrics and provide data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Champion well-being and recognition initiatives across the organization.
Collaborate in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote program awareness and
participation.
Respond to employee inquiries and address concerns related to well-being and recognition programs.
Identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance efficiency within the Total Rewards function.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in Total Rewards, sharing insights with the team.
Assist with other Total Rewards initiatives as needed by the team
Participate in special projects and initiatives to further the organization's goals.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's mission and values

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Diploma or Equivalent


PREFERRED EDUCATION: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.

 

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE

  • NA

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • One (1) year of of experience in Human Resources and/or Total Rewards
  • Less than one year specific experience with HR operations or HR service delivery with a focus on system optimization and process improvement
