We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Clinical Nurse Educator (CNE) to join our team. The CNE will be responsible for designing, implementing, and facilitating Central Health nursing orientation and education programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our nursing and unlicensed assistive personnel. This role requires a deep understanding of clinical nursing practices, strong instructional design abilities, and the ability to provide effective education and training. The CNE is responsible for promoting best practice through staff development and education to ensure optimal and safe patient outcomes. The incumbent acts as a key resource in the orientation and ongoing education of nursing and unlicensed assistive personnel.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Three (3) years' relevant nursing experience in an ambulatory or acute care setting.
Preferred Experience:
Master of Science in Nursing
One (1) year of experience in orientation and education of nursing staff in a clinical setting.
Licenses/Certifications:
Current license to practice nursing in the State of Texas.
American Heart Association or American Red Cross Basic Life Support Certification for Healthcare Providers.
Nursing Professional Development Certification (NPD-BC) within 1 Year
Ambulatory Nurse Certification (AMB-BC) within 1-1/2 years
