Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and engaging Enterprise Learning & Development Specialist to join our Central Health team. The L&D Specialist will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning experiences that align with organizational objectives and enhance the skills and knowledge of our team members. This role will be focused on our leadership initiatives and requires a strong understanding of leadership principles, program management, and facilitation.

 

****Hybrid - Individuals in this position may work both at an approved off-site location and onsite at a primary location or multiple locations based on business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and development of a comprehensive leadership program to meet the specific needs and
    objectives of our enterprise. This includes defining learning objectives, curriculum design, content creation, and
    delivery methods.
  • Facilitate professional development sessions.
  • Deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences that promote skill development, foster collaboration, and
    lead to improved outcomes.
  • Establish metrics and assessment tools to evaluate the effectiveness of our professional development programs,
    especially the leadership initiatives.
  • Continuously monitor, measure, and report participant progress and program outcomes to ensure alignment with
    organizational goals.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across departments to understand needs and priorities.
  • Partner with HR and senior leadership to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.
  • Work closely with subject matters experts to develop and update professional development materials, ensuring
    content relevancy and accuracy.
  • Coordinate logistics for professional development sessions, including scheduling and participant communication.
  • Partner with instructional designer(s) and learning management system (LMS) admin to deliver and track
    learning initiatives effectively.

Qualifications

MINIMUM EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree Required in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field. 

PREFERRED EDUCATION:

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, Education, or related field

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:

  • 1 year of experience in learning & development, program management, and facilitation. 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 3 years Experience in a leadership, coaching, or mentoring role is a plus.
  • 3 years Proven experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating learning programs, leadership programs. 
  • 3 years of experience in learning & development, program management, and facilitation in leadership development.
