The Director identifies and evaluates funding opportunities, develops and coordinates competitive proposals,
cultivates institutional funder relationships, and supports the effective administration of grants and subgrants held

The Director serves as the Foundation’s grants subject-matter expert and supports coordinated enterprise visibility
into institutional funding opportunities, submissions, awards, requirements, and risks. The role does not replace or
directly supervise existing grants-management functions within Central Health, CommUnityCare, or Sendero.

- Translate organizational priorities, community needs, program design, expected outcomes, and implementation
capacity into clear and persuasive proposal narratives.

documentation, and sustainability plans.
