Supervisor, Registered Nurse - Infusion provides professional nursing care in an outpatient clinical setting in accordance with the Texas Nurse Practice Act, Board of Nursing rules, and organizational policies and procedures. The RN is responsible for the safe administration of infusion therapies related to multiple specialties, including rheumatology, endocrinology, gastroenterology and primary care. This role collaborates with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to deliver highquality, patient-centered care across the continuum of ambulatory infusion services.
The Infusions Nurse Supervisor works in collaboration with the Assistant Nurse Manager (ANM) and is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the infusion nursing team including supporting with staff education, onboarding, and training of new hires.

Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted) Bachelor's of Nursing BSN -Required
Work Experience:
1 year Supervisory or management experience - Required
3 years IV Infusion experience -Required
2 years Progressive supervisory experience required, including direct oversight of staff, performance management, and operational responsibilities -Preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
Registered Nurse (RN) Current Registered Nurse License for the State of Texas Upon Hire -Required
BLS Obtained through approved American Heart Association Upon Hire -Required
ACLS Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support Certification Within 3 Months -Required
AMB-BC Ambulatory Care Nurse – Board Certified -Preferred
CRNI Certified Registered Nurse Infusion -Preferred
