Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Education Coordinator to join our Central Health team. The Education Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of orientation and educational programs and initiatives. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of educational experiences.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions

  • Assist in the planning, development, and execution of new employee orientation, educational programs, workshops, and events. Coordinate logistics, including scheduling, venue arrangements, materials preparation, and participant communication.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop and update educational content, ensuring alignment with learning objectives and industry standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for program participants, addressing inquiries, providing information, and ensuring a positive learning experience.
  • Manage educational program registrations, including enrollment, and maintaining accurate participant records.
  • Create and distribute program-related communications, including invitations, reminders, and post-event follow-ups. Maintain effective communication channels with participants, instructors, and stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records of program attendance, evaluations, and other relevant data. Generate reports to track program effectiveness and participant feedback.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners, including instructors, and vendors, to ensure smooth program execution and resource availability.
  • Assist with logistical arrangements for on-site and virtual events, including room setup, technology setup, and troubleshooting.
  • Collect and analyze participant feedback and program evaluations to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing future programs.
  • Perform administrative tasks, such as preparing program materials, monitoring budgets, and processing invoices.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Demonstrate the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

  • Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) or educational technology.

Qualifications

Minimum Education:

High School Diploma

 

Minimum Experience:

One (1) year of experience in program coordination, event planning, or education administration.
