Under the direction of licensed medical and/or licensed nursing personnel, the Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) will support an interdisciplinary team of clinicians in delivering coordinated, patient centered care and will provide direct nursing care as needed. This role is responsible for providing comprehensive telephonic and clinic-based support for clinical teams and may assist across multiple service lines based on organizational needs and team capacity. The LVN practices vocational nursing in accordance with the Texas Nursing Practice Act and rules of the Texas Board of Nursing and by adhering to organizational policies, procedures, and guidelines.
