JOB SUMMARY
The Team Member Clinical Coordinator will play a critical role in collaborating with the team member Health Nurses and team members within the system. This position is responsible for conducting and reviewing health screenings, performing respirator fit testing, and selected clinical duties including administrative/clerical, basic team member care and/or task associated with onboarding or compliance.
Essential Functions
-Health Screenings and Immunizations: Review and conduct health screenings for team members, including immunization screenings and respirator fit testing, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
-Testing Assistance: Assist with required medical testing, including diagnostic tests and routine screenings, ensuring accurate and timely results.
-Employee Support: Address questions or concerns from staff regarding their health, safety, and well-being, providing guidance and information as needed.
-Skills Fair Assistance: Respitory fit testing and compliance documentation.
REQUIRED EDUCATION:
-High school Diploma or equivalent (higher degree accepted)
-Medical Assistant Diploma and/or National Medical Assistant Certification verifying graduation from a Medical Assistant Program, following completion of Medical Assistant apprenticeship program, and passing the exam to become certified, or successful completion of a medical assistant program or foreign medical graduate with a current Medical Assistant certification from a United States deeming organization, or equivalent military healthcare experience.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
REQUIRED LICENSURE/CERTIFICATIONS:
Current Health Care Provider Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification through American Heart Association (AHA)
