Overview

The Endpoint Administrator is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure with an emphasis on messaging products as well as assisting with the day-to-day operational activities of the Technology and Infrastructure team in support of CommUnityCare (CUC), Sendero, and Central Health (CH). This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure that supports our critical clinical and business systems. This Individual will work closely with other IT members and business teams to assist and coordinate incident remediation efforts. This individual will assist project teams with technical issues, primarily in the Initiation and Planning phases of the Project Management framework. These activities include technical reviews and strategy development. The Enpoint Administrator will also perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Essential Functions


-Install, configure, and maintain systems and services which support the enterprise in achieving our mission, Including but not limited to: Enterprise Microsoft and Apple computers, 3rd party applications, iPads, iPhones, other tablets and any computer that can be updated in the environment.
-Develop operational processes and documentations in supporting the environment
-Provide Level 3 support on issues escalated by Level 2 and other business teams
-Provide support for business and clinical software platforms as needed
-Ensure compliance of solutions and processes to regulatory standards; analyze vulnerability results and activities
-Perform daily system exception monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs; and verifying completion of scheduled jobs
-Provide security oversight and testing for geofencing, policies and web content filtering
-Works with other staff to serve as a Subject Matter Expert to effectively identify and communicate risks and assist with implementation
-Participate in regular internal audits of HIPAA security controls; create detailed documentation on security policies and procedures
-Administrate, manage and update to end point devices for patches using MECM/SCCM/InTune system
-Work with the Application Team and Security teams to manage the SSO, MFA and 2FA initiatives

Qualifications

REQUIRED EDUCATION:

Bachelor's Degree (higer degree accepted) in a technology-related field; OR 2 years of experience in related field in lieu of degree

 

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

2 years of experience desktop hardware support

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

2 years administering Windows Active Directory

1 year experience in Windows MECM or JAMF Administration

 

PREFERRED CERTIFICATIONS:

ITIL Foundations v3
