The Senior Project Manager will work under minimal supervision of the Service Delivery Operations Manager within the Service Delivery Operations Department and serve as a strategic thinking partner within the project team. The Senior Project Manager will manage various projects supporting the Healthcare Delivery Division’s goal of creating a national model for healthcare delivery for identified vulnerable populations in Travis County. The Senior Project Manager may provide support toany of the departments within Central Healthand may include the coordination and implementation ofhealthcare services, non-clinical healthcareprograms, internal process improvement strategies, or quality improvement efforts. All projects require, as appropriate, developing and maintaining project schedules, maintaining and properly controlling project scope, gathering and interpreting data, monitoring project budget, mitigating risks, and project implementation.Community partners and stakeholders are valuable components to the success of Central Health’s initiatives; therefore, the Senior Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and community partners, manage their needs and requirements regarding the project, and foster sustainable relationships in alignment with Central Health goals and priorities.
