Within the CCC Project Management Office (PMO), the Senior Project Manager will manage various projects supporting the CCC’s vision of creating a national model for healthcare delivery for identified vulnerable populations in Travis County. The Senior Project Manager may provide support to either or both the CCC’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) projects or integrated delivery system (IDS) projects. DSRIP projects are part of an ongoing, larger effort led by Central Health and Community Care Collaborative to transform Travis County’s safety-net healthcare program into a seamless integrated delivery system and are associated with various metric, deliverable and outcome requirements that must be met within a set time frame. IDS projects relate to healthcare funding models, specialty care, health management and data-driven population health initiatives among others. All projects require gathering and interpreting data, developing and maintaining project schedules, maintaining and properly controlling project scope, collaboratively implementing projects, monitoring project budget, mitigating risks, fostering sustainable relationships with community partners and serving as a strategic thinking partner within the project team.
