Overview

Central Health’s Infrastructure Division is seeking a Sr. Business Process Consultant (PRN) to evaluate, streamline,
and optimize internal systems and processes that support strategic execution. This role will analyze current tools
and workflows, recommend improvements, and build a framework for consistent project delivery and strategic
alignment across Infrastructure initiatives.
The ideal candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, experience with business process improvement, and a
practical understanding of collaboration tools and project management frameworks.

Responsibilities

A. Data Collection & Analysis
• Review existing systems, tools, workflows, and practices across the Infrastructure Division.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and process mapping to assess the current state.
• Identify inefficiencies, gaps, or misalignments and deliver actionable recommendations to enhance internal
coordination and execution.
B. Tool Evaluation & Integration
• Evaluate current platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Asana, Microsoft Suite) for functionality, overlap, and usability
under the guidance of Central Health Joint Technology.
• Recommend a coherent, scalable tool strategy, including options for integration, migration, or tool
consolidation.
• Support design of workflows and data structures to improve cross-platform functionality.
C. Project Management Standardization
• Develop standardized project management processes, tools, and templates to support consistent project
execution across teams.
• Establish documentation and training materials to support long-term adoption.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and reporting structures within the Infrastructure Division’s project lifecycle.
D. Business Alignment Framework
• Design a framework for aligning Infrastructure activities with Central Health’s enterprise strategy.
• Define regular communication cadences, performance tracking tools (e.g., OKRs), and meeting structures that
foster alignment and accountability.
• Deliver dashboards, templates, or process maps that promote transparency and informed decision-making.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree (higher degree accepted) in Business Administration, Health Administration, Public Administration, Information Systems, or related field. Required

10+ years in business process improvement, operational consulting, or project management. Required
